By downloading, installing, or using Fantasshtic ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Fantasshtic is an SSH client application that allows users to connect to remote servers, manage credentials, and execute commands. The Application includes both free and paid features as described on our pricing page.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Use the Application only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Not share your account with others
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid features require a subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Fantasshtic and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Application without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fantasshtic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Application, including data loss, security breaches on your servers, or business interruption.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Application. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, you will lose access to paid features and cloud-synced data.
